Victoria Seremeta is a passionate writer, storyteller, and accomplished communications and marketing leader. With experience spanning healthcare, media/publishing, and nonprofit industries, she has applied her creative and strategic mindset to numerous projects and campaigns throughout her 20-year career, driving results with both global and hyper-local impact.

Her experience in the healthcare industry includes both B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on content development and strategic communications. Victoria has led B2B and internal communications for two global clinical research organizations where she developed scaleable branded content, devised campaign strategies, and built numerous messaging platforms to support everything from website creation to thought leadership and brand storytelling.

Victoria spent 6 years with Baptist Health South Florida, the region’s largest not-for-profit healthcare system. During her tenure as Director of Marketing & Communications, she spearheaded a multi-level marketing & communications strategy for the $500 million expansion of Baptist Health’s oncology program, which included introducing physician experts and new treatments in proton therapy, bone marrow transplantation, reconstruction, and much more to South Florida. Victoria worked closely with the program’s clinical and executive leadership to leverage brand equity with the promise of new, emergent clinical science in Miami and the surrounding region, including Latin America. Today, Baptist’s cancer institute treats more than one million patients annually. Additionally, she led the formation of the organization’s first B2B marketing team, building the framework to support marketing Baptist’s services to referring physicians and promoting myriad clinical and business solutions.

Before her time in healthcare, Victoria - who graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in Journalism - worked in New York City’s publishing industry, serving as Director of PR & Brand Communications for The Parenting Group, a division of Bonnier Corporation previously owned by Time, Inc. She led all internal and external communications efforts, bridging the editorial content in the pages of Parenting, Babytalk, and Working Mother magazines and then-emergent social media, blogging, and video platforms. She helped launch the publishing group’s first-ever proprietary, multi-platform marketing campaign and conference - Mom Congress - in conjunction with Georgetown University and partners such as the Obama White House, NFL Play 60, Let’s Move!, the National Education Association, and more. Mom Congress brought to Washington, D.C. moms from all 50 states, thought leaders, creatives, and policymakers to discuss the most pressing issues in education affecting families today.

Victoria is a native of Long Island, New York, and now lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her husband Tim, and their three incredible fur babies. She is naturally curious, values a good laugh, and would love the opportunity to tell your brand’s next great story.
