Lauren Secrest Howley leads the Howley Group’s copywriting and content division along with other responsibilities within the nonprofit client sector. Her background encompasses writing in the areas of public relations, creative writing, speech writing, advertising copy, editing, proofing and website/social media content. 

Ms. Howley’s previous roles were within companies such as Republic Parking System, Inc., Delta Dream Vacations / Certified Vacations, Hunt Public Relations, Boden UK, and The Diocese of Knoxville. She excels in putting ideas to content and developing strategies for content exposure through various channels. She was a key member in the development of a county wide award program for the Community Foundation of Broward where she handled the communications content, developed surveys, and helped manage the survey metrics.

Ms. Howley’s work has appeared in all the major newspapers throughout the country and she worked with some of the most recognizable names in the travel industry. She remains active in the public relations and marketing sector, specifically in the philanthropic and non-profit community. Ms. Howley has served on the boards of foundation for several organizations throughout her career. She is a past President of the Junior League of Chattanooga, Tennessee. A graduate of Fordham University in New York, Ms. Howley has remained active and committed to her professional development while raising her four children.
