Jenny is an accomplished marketing, communications, customer service, and consumer experience professional. She knows the value of employees and has built employee programs to build satisfaction and increase morale. She knows the importance of creating memorable customer service experiences. A skilled public speaker, she can plan and conduct customer training, new hire orientations and other training needs.
A results-oriented strategic planner and marketing strategist with 20 years of professional experience in healthcare, corporate, and nonprofit organizations. Jenny excels at creating cost-effective branding, marketing communications programs. She created internal and external campaigns by leveraging a blend of both emerging media with traditional channels to drive awareness and outcomes.
Jenny has a passion for people, pets and philanthropy. She knows how to harness the energies of the private sector with the nonprofit world, by building partnerships and programs that benefit both types of institutions.
Prior to joining Howley Group, Jenny served in leadership roles at Broward Health overseeing marketing, communications, patient experience and physician relations.
Most recently, while at Broward Health Medical Center, Jenny was responsible for the overall marketing communication and public relations strategy and execution for the health system’s largest hospital. Working with administration, physicians and department leaders, she and her team promoted hospital services developed vehicles to support the strategic plan and tell the hospital’s story. During the pandemic, she worked tirelessly every day in the hospital supporting employees and patients. She was able to generate positive media coverage for the hospital and was able to successfully launch a digital maternity campaign that resulted in increased visibility and utilization. During that same time, she also implemented a marketing plan for the kidney transplant program, including web, collaterals, outreach, billboards, and media.
Jenny is well versed in developing hyperlocal marketing and community-based initiatives designed to promote organizations within the community and is able to connect organizations to leverage those relationships. During her career she has executed strategic partnerships including municipality, chamber and organizational partnerships.
